Vitamin C: stabilized, fat-soluble and ultra-bioavailable

Not all Vitamin Cs are created equal. We chose tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a fat-soluble and stabilized form that offers two major advantages compared to classic ascorbic acid: excellent stability in the formula (it does not oxidize or yellow) and very good bioavailability, because its fat-soluble nature allows it to easily cross cell membranes to act deep down.

Vitamin C stimulates collagen synthesis, evens skin tone, reduces spots and protects the skin from daily oxidative aggressions (pollution, UV, stress...).

Natural and organic Vitamin E: antioxidant and stabilizing

We use a natural and certified organic Vitamin E, in the form of tocopherols. It plays a dual role in our formulas:

• Stabilizer: it protects vegetable oils and Vitamin C from oxidation, guaranteeing the stability and durability of the formula.
• Antioxidant for the skin: applied to the skin, it neutralizes free radicals, strengthens the skin barrier and promotes cell regeneration.

Vitamin E and Vitamin C also form a classic and very effective antioxidant duo: Vitamin E regenerates Vitamin C after its action, thereby multiplying their respective effectiveness.

Astaxanthin: nature's most powerful antioxidant

Astaxanthin is an exceptional carotenoid derived from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis. It is one of the most powerful antioxidants known to date — much more powerful than Vitamin C or E taken separately. Our astaxanthin is 100% natural, extracted from microalgae grown under controlled conditions to guarantee its purity and concentration.

It deeply protects the skin against oxidative stress, fights against skin aging, improves elasticity and contributes to a brighter and more even complexion. It is a rare and precious ingredient, rarely found in mass-market cosmetics.

The PEP'S range: three treatments, one antioxidant philosophy

These active ingredients are at the heart of three complementary products:

• The ACE vitamin cream — a daily treatment enriched with astaxanthin, Vitamin C (tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate) and natural Vitamin E, compatible with the eye contour. It nourishes, protects and illuminates the complexion while fighting against the signs of aging.
• The exfoliating mask — an oleogel with a transforming texture that combines the antioxidant trio with honey, orange powder, apricot and orange seed oil, and plum kernel powder as a natural exfoliating agent. A double action treatment: it gently exfoliates and intensely nourishes, leaving the skin smooth, luminous and revitalized.
• The PEP'S micellar cleansing foam — the introductory treatment in the vitamin-rich routine. It is enriched with ascorbyl glucoside, a particularly gentle and stable water-soluble form of Vitamin C, ideal for a cleanser. It prepares the skin to receive subsequent treatments while providing it with an initial dose of antioxidant radiance from cleansing.
